Today we are celebrating our local producers and suppliers with Stefano and Sarah winemakers from Nuova Scuola Wines and Kenilworth Dairies

Sarah and Stefano are growers and winemakers in Tipperary Road, Moffatdale, South Burnett – just two hours north west of us. Both Sarah and Stefano draw from worldwide experience and Stefano’s Italian heritage to produce magnificent wines using European varietals best suited to the climate and terroir of the South Burnett, and using some non-traditional methods.
