Today we open early to great all our guests for the Passport to Malt & Mayhem – our second Hop-on, Hop-off Beer Journey, visiting seven independent breweries in seven hours, sampling a new brew made just for the event.

Cost $30  Gives you:  1. a branded wristband which is your access to the hop-on, hop-off buses doing rounds of all seven breweries, and  2. a lanyard and passport to get stamped at each brewery as you try the brew made specifically for this festival

Buses will depart Sunshine Brewery, Young Giants Brewery, Coolum Beer Co, Morts Brewing and Sunshine Coast Brewery at midday and will follow a set route.  Other breweries on the route are Blackflag Brewing at Coolum and Terella Brewing at North Arm

There will be at least five buses doing the circuit continuously over the seven hours, with a set bus timetable to be released, so you can visit as many as you like for as long as you like.  Hopefully you make it around all seven and get to sample the beer made specifically to celebrate this event.

Each Brewery is totally independent and being independent means we each have the flexibility to be creative – creating a new brew to suit the season, or with what ingredients are available, or just because the brewer wants to try something new. And you, the beer-loving public, are the beneficiaries getting to sample all new creations in the one day. Try the new brew at each brewery and get your passport stamped for each one.

You will get to see, smell, taste and celebrate the differences of each brewery, and return to the one closest to your home without having to drive.
