SUMMARY:Passport to Malt & Mayhem & Pizza
DESCRIPTION:Today we open early to great all our guests for the Passport to Malt & Mayhem – our second Hop-on\, Hop-off Beer Journey\, visiting seven independent breweries in seven hours\, sampling a new brew made just for the event. \nCost $30  Gives you:  1. a branded wristband which is your access to the hop-on\, hop-off buses doing rounds of all seven breweries\, and  2. a lanyard and passport to get stamped at each brewery as you try the brew made specifically for this festival \nBuses will depart Sunshine Brewery\, Young Giants Brewery\, Coolum Beer Co\, Morts Brewing and Sunshine Coast Brewery at midday and will follow a set route.  Other breweries on the route are Blackflag Brewing at Coolum and Terella Brewing at North Arm \nThere will be at least five buses doing the circuit continuously over the seven hours\, with a set bus timetable to be released\, so you can visit as many as you like for as long as you like.  Hopefully you make it around all seven and get to sample the beer made specifically to celebrate this event. \nEach Brewery is totally independent and being independent means we each have the flexibility to be creative – creating a new brew to suit the season\, or with what ingredients are available\, or just because the brewer wants to try something new. And you\, the beer-loving public\, are the beneficiaries getting to sample all new creations in the one day. Try the new brew at each brewery and get your passport stamped for each one. \nYou will get to see\, smell\, taste and celebrate the differences of each brewery\, and return to the one closest to your home without having to drive.

DESCRIPTION:Today we are celebrating our local producers and suppliers with Stefano and Sarah winemakers from Nuova Scuola Wines and Kenilworth Dairies \nSarah and Stefano are growers and winemakers in Tipperary Road\, Moffatdale\, South Burnett – just two hours north west of us. Both Sarah and Stefano draw from worldwide experience and Stefano’s Italian heritage to produce magnificent wines using European varietals best suited to the climate and terroir of the South Burnett\, and using some non-traditional methods. The results (and medal recognition) speak for themselves.  Today they will be presenting a guided tasting of five wines from their range\, including a sparkling\, two whites\, one red and a fortified.  Enjoy and they will have deals for any home delivery orders or you can pre-order a 2-bottle pack at up to 30% off – check out the ticket link  \nKeep in mind this is definitely an area worthy of a weekend stay and explore.  Book to stay in their BnB in the vines; a walk through the vines with a guided wine tasting and an Italian antipasto platter in these beautiful surrounds… \nWe will also be presenting extravagant cheese platters featuring artisan cheeses from Kenilworth Dairies featuring a range of six  cheeses. This includes Triple Cream Brie\, Ash Brie\, Truffle Triple Cream Brie\, Kenilworth Blue\, Vintage Cheddar and another gourmet cheddar  – all produced only 47km from here.  These will be teamed with sourdough crackers and condiments from Silver Tongue Foods \nKenilworth Dairies will also be offering some special take-home cooler bags filled with four cheeses for pre-order at  $50.
