DESCRIPTION:Stephanie Chua is the face and mastermind behind a very new Food Van on the Coast and we are privileged to host her here. \nLittle Warung\, is the very new pop-up kitchen serving a small\, thoughtful but vibrant menu of traditional Indonesian and Balinese street food like Sate Ayam (Balinese grilled chicken skewers) and a rotating menu to suit the venue we are in.  Stephanie says\, “We are gluten free\, dairy free and vegan friendly too. Although inspired by traditional Asian flavours\, we source most of our ingredients where we can\, to not only serve the freshest offerings\, but to also support the local business community we live in.” \nThis is Stephanie’s second visit\, and I am sure will not be her last \n
